Spray Foam Insulation Provides More Comfort While Saving Energy and Money

Polyurethane spray foam insulation provides exceptional energy savings compared to other forms of insulation. The spray foam makes the home or commercial building more comfortable by reducing any drafts or variations in temperature. Spray foam allows home heating and cooling units to use up to 70% less energy, so homes stay warmer in winter and cooler in summer. This can save you a substantial amount of money on your heating and cooling costs over time. Under the Inflation Reduction Act of 2022, federal income tax credits for energy efficiency home improvements will be available through 2032. Learn More

5 Benefits of Our High Volume Low Pressure Sprayed Polyurethane Foam Spray for Thermal Insulation

Spray Polyurethane foam (SPF) is one of the most popular and most effective materials for building insulation. There are five main advantages to this form of insulation:

1. Reduce Energy Costs

Lower heating and cooling costs by up to 70% while reducing air infiltration by up to 40%. The thermal insulation properties of spray polyurethane foam are extremely high compared to other forms of insulation. The closed-cell properties of our foam insulation provide air and vapor control at minimal thicknesses. Thanks to the way the closed-cell foam expands, it is able to penetrate into the tiniest of gaps, preventing air infiltration and eliminating gaps and cracks where air, water, and rodents would enter. By controlling air exchanges between attics and subfloors it can greatly improve indoor air quality by minimizing air exchange between those dusty and unclean air spaces. Spray Polyurethane foam can be an effective way to eliminate the thermal bridges and when used in conjunction with other fibrous forms of insulation it can maximize its R-value effectiveness by controlling air movement. SPF can add to the structural rack and shear of a home it also can help to minimize movements of those squeaky floors.

2. Quick Installation & Re-Occupancy

High volume low pressure spray polyurethane foam is quick to apply, it sets up within seconds and cures quickly allowing for much quicker re-occupancy compared to high-pressure spray foam installation. Our cutting edge high volume low pressure spray system allows you to get back into your home or commercial building in just 4 hours compared to 24 hours with traditional High-Pressure Spray Foam Insulation.<

3. Durable

Polyurethane foam is highly adhesive, dimensionally stable, and resistant to damage so it maintains a high level of thermal insulation for the life of your home.

4. Moisture Protection

Some types of insulation absorb water and moisture which can promote mold and mildew development. Once cured, sprayed polyurethane closed-cell foam becomes an organic material (inert plastic) waterproof resistant barrier that protects building materials from mold, mildew, and water intrusion damage.

5. Non-toxic

Polyurethane foam does not create dust or contain allergens or harmful off-gassing so it is safe for allergy sufferers and animals.

What is the High Volume Low Pressure Polyurethane Spray Foam install Process?

Our three-step process:

  1. Conduct a free inspection of the home or business to provide and accurate valued engineered estimate for insulating the building.
  2. Thorough application of the High Volume Low Pressure spray Polyurethane Foam. Occupants and any other workers are required to be vacated during the application process and cannot reoccupy the building for four hours from the completion of the application. Ventilation will be left in place during and for 4 hours after the installation process to help with the curing process.
  3. Conduct an inspection of the application to ensure proper thickness and complete coverage
