Once the inspection is over, they will provide you with a report containing a detailed  diagram indicating locations of damage and possible entry points. They will provide an estimate outlining the areas in need of sanitizing. You will have the chance to ask the inspector any questions you may have. Once you approve the estimate, you can work together to schedule rodent exclusion repairs.

Our thorough top-to-bottom rodent-proofing inspection typically takes at least two hours. We charge $150 to inspect an average-sized house. If you require an inspection for homes over 1,800 square feet, apartment buildings, or commercial structures, we are happy to quote you a price.

Thanks to their climbing and jumping abilities, rodents are able to find their way into structures through any soft material or small breach – this could be through a vent, your home’s siding, your roof, the space beneath a door, or a broken window. Some can even burrow underground to enter your home. If you have discovered rodents inside your home, it is likely you’ll need a rodent exclusion, which involves repairs to your home.

• Our exclusion technicians and exterminators use the detailed rodent exclusion report created during your rodent inspection to perform necessary repairs to prevent rodents from re-entering your home or business.
• Some common repairs include repairing ripped window screens, adding door sweeps under doors, sealing off holes, and blocking off gutters with mesh.
• This can typically take place within five business days and jobs can take only one day to complete (depending on the severity and size of infestation).

Once rodents have made their way into your home or business for a long enough period, they usually cause damage, odors, and unhealthy conditions.

When called for rodent cleanup, our technicians will remove any debris, contaminated materials, and other damaged or soiled items left by the rodents.

After this, our trained sanitation technicians will thoroughly sanitize and deodorize any impacted areas, removing any lingering smells.

Our technicians will replace removed materials with new, up-to-code materials. We have extensive experience replacing insulation, plastic vapor barriers, and other materials that are commonly damaged by rodents.
