What is the difference between an inspection and an estimate?
The estimate is free; we will provide you with an estimate of how much it will cost to fix your rodent problem. The inspection is minimum $150 and we will provide you with a detailed written report.
What areas or cities do you cover?
We cover most cities in the bay area from the suburbs of San Francisco to Monterey.
Is there an inspection fee for condos, townhomes, rental properties or commercial property?
Yes, inspection fees start at $150 and could cost more, depending on the square footage of the structure and type of building and how many hours it will take to complete the inspection.
Do you need to get approval from the home owner before the inspection?
Yes, we must confirm the inspection with the property owner prior to scheduling.
How much will the repairs cost?
Every house is different, we can have an inspector come out to your home and provide you with a free estimate.
Do you offer trapping service?
No, we will refer you to a pest control company.
Do you remove live and or dead rodents?
We do not remove live rodents. We do charge $150 for all dead rodent removal visits.
What do you do to get rid of the foul smell coming from the walls, attic or around the house?
We will seal all openings on the exterior of the home to prevent the rodents from entering inside. Unfortunately, we cannot remove the dead rodents from inside the walls. The smell will subside within 1 week. We also offer a cleanup and sanitation service to the infested areas of the crawl space and or attic. This will help with any smells lingering inside the house.
When can we start the job and how long does it take to complete the job?
We can usually get the job started within 5 days from your request or sooner. Majority of the jobs take only one day! Depending on the severity and size of the infested area of the job.
Do you call the day before to remind me of my appointment?
Yes, we do!
Do you provide courtesy calls at least 30 minutes before arrival?
Yes, we do upon request!
What is your cancellation policy?
You have the right to cancel the authorized work within 3 business days with no obligation and penalties. If you cancel the scheduled work in less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled agreement, you will be liable for a $250 cancellation fee.
What are your payment terms?
Payment is due in full the day the work is completed.
Do you offer a warranty for your services?
Yes, we offer up to 3 year warranties. The inspector will determine that during his inspection.
How long does the inspection take?
This depends on the square footage of your home, could take an hour, the longest being 3 hours if your home is over 3000 square feet.
Do you remove infested insulation?
Yes, the inspector will include this in the estimate.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, we are fully licensed, insured and bonded with all appropriate agencies.
Do you have referrals?
Yes, we will provide them upon request.
